Through through the allergen policy, we will aim to minimise the risk of allergens causing harm through safe procedures, staff training and planning for effective responses to allergenic emergencies.

As a business producing pre-packaged direct to consumer products, Katherine Jauncey Culinary is committed to ensuring all ingredients for every product are accurately listed on the product label, with any of the 14major food allergens being highlighted in bold print.
